Who can be a member of RRVBC?

Anyone who is a veteran of the U.S. military and is an owner or key operator of a business in the Greater Rochester area is eligible to join RRVBC.

What are the benefits of membership?

RRVBC offers opportunities to network with other veteran owned/operated businesses in order to grow your business. In addition there are opportunities to seek guidance or feedback on business decisions or problems in a non-attribution setting. Monthly membership meetings also spotlight issues of interest by presenting expert speakers from different industries.

How much does an annual membership cost?

Annual dues are currently $150 per year

How do I get started applying for membership?

Just visit our members page and complete the membership form, provide a copy of your DD-214 and pay the annual membership fee of $150.

Where are monthly meetings held?

RRVBC is proud to partner with Nazareth College, which provides meeting space for the monthly meetings at the Medaille Formal Dining Room, Medaille Hall (Building 9) on the Nazareth Campus. When attending monthly meetings at Nazareth, park in the Arts Building Parking Lot (Lot A) which is just a short walk to Medaille Hall.

How do I request a copy of my Veteran's Military Records electronically:

A veteran, next of kin, or surviving spouse may request a copy of the military records, commonly referred to as DD form 214, by completing the online application and faxing (preferred) or mailing a signed request to the National Personnel Records Center in St. Louis Missouri. The online-to-fax method usually takes two to three weeks to receive your copy. The traditional mailing method takes several months to a year.
